2010 Census results
Official announcements of the 2010 Census results will happen soon. Tues. morning is when it is scheduled for. The results are meant to be an overview in the U.S. It is about population and distribution. Since the number of congressional seats for each state could be determined with the results, everyone watches closely. There was change made with the 2010 Census results. Some lost political pull while others lost it. On the Census 2010 site, the live webcast of the 2010 Census results could have been seen.
Argument with the 2010 Census results
The 2010 Census results come with a very heavy dose of controversy. The constitution needs that a full count of the citizenry of the United States be taken every 10 years. Since the U.S. Census asks questions beyond the simple number of people living in a household, many question it. The U.S. Census wants to learn about the people in every household though. The age, relationships and ethnicity is also taken into account. These numbers help determine how state and federal governments spend their money. Most are upset about the 2010 Census results though. They might even be an invasion of privacy. This is being suggested too.
How to use the 2001 Census results
The newest Census results may be used many places. The us government won’t be the only one to use it. The Census information is good to help better estimate things like unemployment rate. Even home ownership statistics could be helped. New companies won’t go into places without looking at census results first. This is so they know what the customer bases are in different areas. Nonprofit organizations use much of the census information also. It is used to for them to determine where to go. More details on the 2010 Census results will come in about a year. Tuesday’s release though will change the country a bit though.
