He also states that the laptop he used was purchased after they were married and was shared between the two of them. In addition, Walker states that his wife would leave her Gmail logged in on that shared computer on a regular basis.

Walker says that he checked his wife’s e-mail out of concern for her child’s safety. He was worried after she did not come home one night. This got him to check her e-mail for clues. One of his concerns was that she was spending time with her 1st husband. He was convicted of child abuse though. Walker was worried so he printed the e-mails. He then sent them to the father of the child who was Walker’s second husband. When questioned, the second husband revealed that the e-mails came from Walker.

Judges Dick Button, Johnny Weir and Laurieann Gibson gave the couple a perfect score. Then Frankel and Ethan Burgess didn’t win after skating to “Right Round” by Flo Rida and Ke$ha. Frankel was a favorite though. Fans loved it.

Viewers unhappy

There has been a lot of popularity with shows that have celebrity competition like “Dancing with the Stars.” There haven’t been very good rating for the ice skating show though. Despite a decent start, the finish was nothing short of totally lackluster, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Either 3.4 million viewers or a 0.8 Nielsen rating was needed by the show. About 4 million viewers were what a “Glee” rerun had with a rating of 1.3. Even the presence early on in the season of actress Sean Young and rocker Vince Neil, “Skating” was not able to kick start the heart of viewers.

Show could skate off into the sunset

This season, “Skating with the Stars,” got really bad ratings. More than likely, it will not get renewed. That said, low ratings in early seasons don’t always spell doom and gloom, and a solid second season could improve the show’s chances.

Stewart blasts Congress for failing to pass Zadroga bill

Congress has been overlooking the Zadroga bill, which would provide health-related for survivors and 1st responders of the Sept 11 attacks. Jon Stewart of Comedy Central has not exactly been thrilled by the conduct of Congress concerning the bill. Congress is known for overlooking bills that do not win as much brownie factors like tax cut bills.

A bill nicknamed the Zadroga Bill that would provide aid to people who were rescue workers in the Sept. 11 attacks in 2001 has been sitting on the Congressional backburner. $7 billion would be funded to the 9/11 rescue workers that need health care because of being at ground zero when the attacks occurred while also being named the Zadroga Bill after a New York police detective James Zadroga who may have died because of being at the World Trade Center during the attacks and getting respiratory problems. Republicans stalled the bill on the Senate floor after the House passed it, reports CNN.

Daily Show host shines the spotlight

One of the champions in the media of the bill has been comic and host of “The Daily Show” Jon Stewart, according to ABC. Stewart has been blasting Republicans for standing in the way of the bill. The bill is just something that Republicans can’t bring themselves to spend money on. It would just cost too much to support all the 9/11 responders and survivors. Stewart devoted his last episode of the year to the bill, and lashed out at Republicans by saying that “the party that turned 9/11 into a catchphrase” had a “convenient pre-9/11 mentality when it comes to this bill.”

There are few days in which to get the bill passed. Most members of Congress are itching to head home for the holidays, and Republicans in both houses are loathe to pass any more spending bills, regardless of merit. A tax bill was passed in Congress though which Stewart explained was great for any “firefighters that make $200,000 a year.”

Around 7 p.m. a man dressed as Santa Claus entered the East Providence Yacht Club on Pier Road Sunday evening based on Providence Police Department's Lt. Raymond Blinn. He intended to fill up his gift bag with money instead of handing out toys. It was noted that Saint Nick wasn't so saintly when he pulled out what appeared to be a gun of some type.

Fortunately nobody was hurt at the yacht clubhouse, and Santa did not turn into a complete Grinch and did not even fire his gun.

Pedro Espada arrested for stealing from nonprofit foundation

Espada Jr., an extra ordinary person in the New York State Senate, has been indicted by a grand jury. The indictments also were made against his son, Pedro Gautier Espada.
